Fatigue

"Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee;

He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved."

Psalm 55:22

Lord, I come to You in Jesus' name.  I ask You for strength in my body.  Restore to me energy and vitality to go on.  Lord, I understand that mental frustrations and worries can bring on weariness and tiredness, so I cast every care in my life over to You.  I ask You to strengthen my spirit, soul, and body today.  I draw from Your encouragement and the power of Your Word.  Just as David did, I encourage myself in You, O Lord.  You are my strength, and You are my source of courage and resolve.  Renew my strength, Lord.

Thank You for Your peace and rest.  Help me to rest and do what is right for my body.  I recognize that my body is the temple of Your Spirit.  Help me to properly rest, exercise, and eat so I am not fighting against my body but helping to keep my body strong.  I pray, Lord, that my youth would be renewed as the eagle's.  Thank You for renewing Your strength within me.

Help me, Lord, to not become weak, weary, or faint in well doing but to gain strength through my union with You, that I might do, perform, and accomplish all that You have called me to do.  Help me to not become tire, overworked, or stressed but to let Your joy fill my heart and strengthen my body.

In Jesus' name I pray,

Amen.

"What?  know ye not that your body is the temple

of the Holy Ghost which is in you,

which ye have of God,

and ye are not your own?"

1 Corinthians 6:19

"Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things;

so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's."

Psalm 103:5
