Safety for Travel

 

Dear heavenly Father, I pray for Your protection as I travel today.  Your Word says that You give Your angels charge over me, and I commission Your angels to go with me and before me, to protect me and keep me from harm and injury and evil of any kind.

 

Lord, Your Word says that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, that no evil thing shall befall me, and that no plague shall come near me.  Thank You, Lord, that I travel in Your divine protection.  According to Your Word, even in the midst of calamity and destruction, You will preserve me and keep me safe.

 

I thank You that if at any time my life is in danger of any kind, I am sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit and You direct me out of the path of harm and keep me in Your hand of safety.  I trust You to speak clearly to my heart if You need me to make any changes in my travel plans.  Otherwise, I go in peace, knowing that Your preserving power accompanies me everywhere I go.

 

I thank You that my vehicle operates and functions properly and that the person in the driver's seat is alert and attentive.  I thank you that everyone involved in my travel operates in wisdom and understanding at all times.

 

Lord, I thank You that I travel in safety.
