Father God,
It is so funny that no matter how bad things are,
it seems in this world that nothing much gets any serious attention until it
affects the pocketbooks of people. All of us whether we like it or not are
involved in computers. I heard some one the other day say I don't own one, and
never will, I wont have one of those things affecting my life. Lord how blind
that man is...we all are affected whether we have one or not. Stores, banks,
phones, cell phones, appliances, cars, and on and on...they all run on
computers.
And then we have to put up with those who are
constantly trying to disrupt things by filling our computers with spam and
filth. At first it was only just computers, but now cell phones too. What will
be next?
And our brains and lives are filled with spam
from the enemy trying to influence us to do, be, change, or buy something that
we didn't need or want in the first place. Life disruption, it comes in so many
forms. Help us today Lord to keep our minds on You, committed to Your truth and
values. Never being swayed by the "spam" that invades our lives.
"So that we no longer be like little children,
forever changing our
minds about what we believe
because someone has told us something different,
or has
lied to us and made the lie sound like the truth"
