"Adultery"
Father God,
I lift up my pray today for
families everywhere across the world that are faced with broken homes, and
marriages. Relationships that once were so precious and now are broken. I pray
for those who are already starting down that path, becoming dissatisfied with
the one they have and are thinking about "someone better". Lord we live in a
world that thrives on fantasy, virtual reality, our children are taught from a
young age and are involved through games, and computers. Oh God help us also to
learn that it doesn't "just happen" but that it begins by diverting our
affection or focus from one person to another. We start by fantasizing, and it
creates an unreal world that leads us into pain and sorrow. Help us today to
turn to the only hope we have, You Lord. Clear our sin clouded minds and let us
seek after only the truth, and not one of Satan's lies.
I ask it all in Jesus name,
