Nonsense"
Lord Jesus,
I was reading in the internet news about
an animated Emmy prize which had been handed out to the cartoon series
"The Simpsons".
I guess they had won it eight times since
1990 and now they have been unseated by another. It seems so sad to me
that in this world where so many search for stability we are caught up
with a cartoon that depicts very unstable situations. A cartoon that so
clearly makes fun of all moral values and destroys any sense of respect
for themselves let alone others but is watched by millions of viewers.
God help us today to see that we are
destroying our country from within. We are letting even cartoons show
us how to be disrespectful to other people, our country and our values.
Open our eyes Lord, free us from the blindness that satan has inflicted
upon us. Help us to rise up like our patriotic forefathers and call on
Your name and say enough of this nonsense.
