"Faith That Works"
Dear Lord,
Even though today I am being persecuted
let me be happy! Let the lesson take my eyes off of earthly rewards. Help me to not be superficial. Strengthen
my faith. Help me to endure in this world for the reward of the next...
Let me be willing to give when others
take, love when others hate, to help when others abuse and walk away. Help me to be willing to do what You want
and not "go along with the crowd".
I pray that I may have courage and
strength to speak and not be quiet when others try to put down my faith
in You. Oh Lord let Your light shine in me and
put a smile on my face for all the world to see.
