Father God,
I wonder how many Christians today are praying
that "hurricanes" would not hit Florida again? How many like myself are
praying that somehow you will keep lives safe and steer those mighty winds and
rain around critical areas and land masses so that many will be spared? I
wonder how many are praying but not realizing that You hear our prayers, that
You care. And yet as we have watched that massive storm dodge around tiny
little islands, with many "huts" for houses and not hit them directly I ask how
many Christians are praying and "believing"?
God teach us today how powerful, and mighty are
the prayers of believers. Encourage those prayer warriors out there to continue
to fight the good fight, and not become discouraged. Thank You Father for
hearing us.
