"Flee or Believe"
Dear Lord,
In reading the words of David this morning the
thought of him being just like me, like most of us, I began to visualize. No matter
what God has done for us in the past, no matter how much overcoming power He has
shown us, even if we have seen miracles, there are times we feel like we can't
take anymore hurt or pain.
Instead we would rather just run, disappear, escape
into the woods somewhere no one could find us and just stay there until we feel
better. But as we know God, there is really no where we can run to escape from
troubles or from the enemy. I also know Lord that there is no where we can hide
that You are not with me. Your word promises that to me. Armed with Your promise
and filled with Your peace I can go on today, I can face all my problems. Fill
me today Lord with strength so that once again I can have victory in Jesus name!
