Dear Lord,
Please forgive me today
of all the sins in my life. I know that they are many. Each day I live
I disappoint You and don't do what You would want me to do. No matter
how hard I try I do. Sometimes it leaves me feeling so rotten and dirty
I can't think that You will ever allow me to pray again. But then Lord
I come to You with a thankful heart, seeking Your forgiveness, asking
for another day to try and get it right, and You listen, You forgive me
and once again I feel better. I can make it through another day.
