"He is Alive"
Lord,
One sure thing that separates us from all
other faiths in the world is that just as You told the disciples You
would rise from the dead You arose, and then ascended into heaven. No
other prophet or leader of any faith can claim or even tries to claim
that possibility. You promised us that You went to
prepare a place for us to dwell with You and Your Father. You fulfilled
that promise to let us know we too could go to be with You. That there
was more to life than just living and dying. God, I believe that today,
and I claim Your promise for me that I may live with You in the place
You have made for me, forever and ever.
