Help My Friend Get Along with
Her Neighbor
Lord, this has been such a difficult struggle
for my friend with her neighbor. It has cost my friend so much, and
she continues to pay a very high price. If she could take back what
she said to her neighbor as a result of the damage she has done,
she would. But her neighbor will not accept my friend's apology for what
was said. Her neighbor will not forgive.
You warn us over and over in the bible to control our tongues because they are desperately wicked. Somehow it seems that
my friend must learn this lesson the hard way! My friend is so sorry. Please forgive
her and help her to accept Your discipline in this.
How can her neighbor be so selfish and mean and uncaring of another human being? You say, Lord that we are to pray for our enemies, and she is my
friend's enemy. Sometimes my friend's neighbor gets so angry, Lord, almost choking on
her words.
She says terrible things about my friend. I pray that You will help her to repent of
her awful attitude.
Lord, give me grace daily to deal with this situation.
Even I get so discouraged and angry. I do pray for salvation
for both of them, since I know that is their only hope. Please help me to have the attitudes and feelings
You want me to have toward this situation, for my real love is to please
You. Thank You my precious Lord and Savior.
