"Investing"
Dear Lord,
As I read Your word this
morning I thought about how You taught us the value of investing
through Jesus. You invested in us with Your only Son. A tremendous
price to pay, but You already knew the outcome. I thought about how we
invest with things in our lives but allot of them are at best, a
gamble. Teach us Lord that just like the farmer who plants seed and
waits for the crop to come out of the ground we must trust Your word.
Teach us to plant, to water, to weed and to be ready for a great
harvest in everything that we do, and then let us thank You with all of
our heart over the harvest we will reap!

"For God who gives seed
to the farmer to plant and then later on good crops to harvest and eat
will give you more and more seed to plant and to make it grow so that
you can give away more and more fruit from your harvest"
