"Lies"
Lord God,
I want to ask you today
to help me be more aware and not to believe lies. I am bombarded every
day with everything from commercials claiming wondrous results to
people proclaiming themselves to be more than they are. With everything
from TV, music, and the internet touting certain philosophies that
often are direct opposition to what the Bible states, my opinions are
in danger of being clouded or molded into something other than what You
would desire. Help me to see and hear clearly and to be careful that I
know a lie when it is one.
